May 29, 2026
New Functionality
- Added new exclusion flags to AI Models to reduce JSON size and token use.
- Added new menu to AI Chat to view AI Model values, including exclusions.
- Added MS Project XML export.
- Added import from Excel .xlsx format.
- Cloud: Added File > Export > Google Sheets.
Improvements
- Improved the appearance of Gantt bars and link lines.
- Set newly imported subproject order as they are imported and created.
- Replaced Excel, Word, and Project exports so they don't require installed apps.
- Throttle WIP screens to minimum of 5 minutes, to help prevent CPU hammering.
- Improved barcode username scan performance by caching users.

- Fixed potential file import issue with UTF-8 leading character bytes.

New Functionality
- Added new Project "Tasks" property that allows editing subprojects and tasks with a text editor.
- Added "Edit subprojects and tasks…" menu to projects.
- Cloud: View > Skins to change colors.
Improvements
- Double-verify with "YES" entry when attempting to delete billing rates.
- Build both subprojects and tasks in Project Assistant when tab characters give context.
- Added new right-click menu to projects: "Chat with AI".
- Cloud: Validating database tables and records is now faster.

- Fixed exception when setting a project into a billing rate.

- Cloud: Flag login password field so the browser does not display old passwords.
- Make Inventory "Cost" a summary property so it totals in the grid.
- Added subproject to inventory scan for expense grid breakdowns.
- Use local time zone when scanning inventory and adding new expense records.
- Improved task linking messages when circular links are detected.
- Added more details to Project Task calendar (Dur: XX, Rem: YY, ZZ%).
- Improved the appearance of Windows Gantt link lines.
