Timesheet
The simplest method of logging time is a timesheet. The timesheet shows a list of projects at the left, and M-F columns to the right. Just fill in the spreadsheet-style interface, and you are logging time. Its essentially the same as using an Excel timesheet, but with the added benefit of a shared database.

Timer
Another method of time logging is the use of a timer. In this case, an employee would choose a task and start a timer. The software records the current time and logs time while you perform the task. When finished, simply stop the timer, and the program records the computer time. Now you have a complete record of the start and stop time for your task.

Project Tasks
A special Project Task view keeps a list of project tasks to choose from. Administrators set up tasks, and assign them to employees who can use them for logging time. Each project task shows a forecasted duration, actual work, and percent complete. As you log time, the actual work is updated. You can right-click on any task and choose "Add Time Worked." This tells the system that you have logged some time against that task.

Web-based Time Logging
The product runs on both Windows and Web platforms. That means you can log time from anywhere using a web browser.
