All projects and tasks in Standard Time are visible to all users, assuming they have rights to see them. That's collaboration! And of course, they are visible on both Windows and Web clients. Teams can publish projects that are private to them, or visible to all employees in the organization. Team collaboration means contributing to tasks, tracking actual hours, and finishing up projects efficiently. That's what Standard Time is all about.

Employee Status
In addition to collaborating on projects, you can see the status of each employee, and the tasks they are working on now. A single window shows a list of employees and the tasks they are working on. It also shows the hours for today and this week. This lets your organization work as a team, completing the projects that make the most profit or have the highest priority.

If you use Microsoft Project, you can bring your project tasks into Standard Time. They will look exactly like native ST projects, and will show up in the timesheet, where you can track actual hours to them. This is another way to share multiple projects with your team.

Standard Time offers project breakdowns, hierarchies, task linking, resource allocation, project history, burn-down charts, and many other project management features. All this blends right into the employee timesheets, that track weekly hours against tasks.
