range of features in Online Project Management. It lets you manage
projects, employees, clients, tasks, billing rates, and other project

Q: Can I view a list of my projects and tasks?
A: Yes, the program displays all project, and all tasks
(actually, in two separate views). You can assign users to
projects and tasks, set starting and due dates, and mark projects as
inactive when you are finished with them. And with our online
project management product, you can do this with both Windows and
Web clients. You can even access online projects with the web
browser on handheld devices.

Q: Do you integrate with MS Project?
A: Yes, you can bring your MPP files directly into the database.
You will see the full project hierarchy, with all summary tasks and
normal tasks. Resource assignments from MSP will be carried
over into the Project Task view and shown on the timesheet.
Q: What do you offer in client billing features?
A: Each project is assigned to a client. That means you
can have multiple projects per client. And, each task is
assigned to a client. So, when employees track time to online
projects, they are automatically tracking time to a client at the
same time. All client hours may be viewed in reports or billed
with invoices. So, this tool is more than online project
management; it is also client billing and client management.
Q: Is there an employee timesheet?
A: Yes, all employees can fill out an employee timesheet, which
consists of project tasks. Time off, such as vacation, sick,
personal, ect, is also displayed in the timesheet. This helps
employees focus on a 40-hour work week.
