Project planning in an enterprise environment includes the involvement of managers at a middle and hands-on level, employees in multiple divisions and departments, and executives.  Standard Time enhances planning capabilities at all these levels.

Project tasks are arranged in a hierarchy of projects and subsystems.  Each summary may be collapsed and expanded.  Tasks may be assigned to multiple users or to entire groups, and summaries show rollup values of forecasted durations, budgets, percent complete, actual costs and work, and remaining amounts.

During planning, it is necessary to filter and sort tasks based on many criteria.  Standard Time provides single-click filtering and sorting.

Since some tasks are understood to start on certain constrained days, and still others may be performed at the discretion of the individual performing them, Standard Time supports both models within a single project.  Start, finish, and due dates are handled correctly in all cases.
