Let's talk projects
Enterprise projects are where your time is spent.  So, what does it take to achieve better enterprise time management in those projects?  Mostly a keen eye for numbers.  Love spreadsheeting?  That's what it takes.  Managers, from those on the ground to those in executive positions, need to love the numbers.  As you can see from the image above, We love the numbers.  They represent every aspect of project health.  We hope you'll download a copy and give this a try.

More than just projects
Time management is more than just projects.  There are two other areas that affect enterprise efficiency.  Administrative Time and Time Off.  Let's discuss admin time first.  We recommend that you set up projects for admin time.  Time is logged to them, just like project time.  We also recommend using a special "Administration" category to log the time.  If you do, you can run reports to show the percentage to admin time to project time - a very important number.

Time Off
Every employee takes time off, whether for vacation, personal, sick, maternity, etc.  And, you need to track it, sometimes right alongside project and admin time.  In other words, look for the Time Off section in the timesheet.  It blends project, admin, and time off into a single weekly view.
