Tracking Employees Time

Standard Time offers several ways to track employees time. If you need to track employees time for projects, payroll, or client billing, this may be the right product for you. Simple Employee Timesheet
Start with the simplest timesheet to track employees time. It lists projects assigned to each employee. Next to each project are M-F, and S, S columns. Simply enter hours next to the project. Totals are at the bottom. Employees only see projects that are assigned to them. They do not see projects assigned to other users, and they can't see other user's time. Administrators can view timesheets for employees they have rights to see. Optionally, employees receive email notifications for corrections they may need to make to their timesheets.

Nice Reports
After your employees enter their time, you can report on it in a logical way. Just click a report, and filter it any way you like. Up pops a listing or graph of your employees time. Employees can only see reports for their own time, unless they are administrators. Reports can be scheduled for weekly runs, or exported to familiar file formats that can be opened with Microsoft Word, Excel, or other programs.

Ways to use it
