Employee Time Sheets For Payroll and Client Billing

Employee Time Sheets, Time Tracking, and Project
Management. It runs on Windows and Web platforms.
Employees are able to view a list of their own projects and
tasks in a simple timesheet format. Whether they enter
time into the daily timesheet cells, or use a timer, all time is
shown in the time sheet. Managers are able to view time in
each employee time sheet; they can also approve and lock date
ranges.

Timesheet
The employee time sheet is laid out in a simple
fashion. It shows a list of projects and tasks at the
left, and M- F columns to the right. Employees simply find
the correct project and task, and then enter hours into the
daily slots in the time sheet. All hours are sent to a
shared database where managers can review, approve, and lock
them.
Time Tracking
In addition to the employee timesheet, the program allows
users to track time using a timer. They can start and stop
a timer corresponding to the task they are performing.
We offer a system-tray icon and a quick task window
to start timers. They can also right-click on a cell in
the time sheet.
Project Management
A full hierarchy of project tasks is provided. Managers
can develop tasks for each project, assigning them to employees
and groups. These tasks will be displayed on the time
sheet for employees to track time to.
