3. Add users to the database

Standard Time for Windows can be used to administer users and groups.  You can add users, set their passwords and administrative rights, plus create a hierarchy of your organization that allows you to obtain reports for these groups.  Choose Users from the Tools menu to view and edit the list of users.  Users who access Standard Time for the Web will gain access using these user names and passwords.

Performing this step assumes that you have already set up Standard Time to access the same database that Standard Time for the Web will use.  Multi-User access.
