Standard Time Integration Options
1) From within Standard Time, choose Tools, QuickBooks Integration Options. The following dialog is displayed.

2) Click the first checkbox to use QuickBooks.
3) Browse for the QuickBooks IIF List file that you exported earlier. This file comes from QuickBooks, and contains lists of customers, jobs, service items, and employees.
4) Browse, or enter a name for a QuickBooks Timer file. This file need not exist, and will be created by Standard Time when it writes time log data. QuickBooks requires this file to contain time log data. Standard Time will automatically write to this file each time you log time to a task.
5) Choose, or enter the name of an employee. The employee name will be written into the Timer file each time you log time.
6) Click OK to save the changes
Standard Time will now read the QuickBooks IIF List file and populate the Clients, Projects, and Categories with data from QuickBooks. These projects and categories will also be synchronized with Palm OS and Pocket PC handhelds so that you can log time to QuickBooks on your PDA.
