Follow these steps to download and install.
- Click the first download link above
- The download file is named stime.zip
- After clicking, look in your Downloads folder for stime.zip
- Or, save the file to a known location like your Desktop or Documents
- Right-click on stime.zip
- Choose Extract All...
- Extract the files into a new folder
- Open that new folder
- Run Setup
- Complete the installation wizard
- Look for a green icon on your desktop
