Project Management Software: Timesheet Management in
Standard Time

When you have a lot of employees, or would like to perform spot checks on time worked, you need timesheet management. You need to be able to check the condition of multiple timesheets, and lock them so that they cannot be altered after approval. This is a good project management technique.

Employees can submit their timesheet when they believe that the time is complete and correct. Managers who have administrative privileges view a screen like the one below. It shows a check mark for each employee that has submitted their timesheet. After viewing a timesheet, the manager can approve and lock the time period against any new changes. Download a copy.
