Project Management Software: Time and Expenses in Standard Time

Project management includes both time and expenses in projects. You may need to track employee expenses against projects and subprojects. Or, you may belong to a consulting company where mileage and expenses are charged back to the client. Standard Time supports both these project tracking capabilities.

Choose Insert, New Expense. Here you will be able to enter either mileage or an expense. Mileage distance and billable costs are automatically calculated from odometer readings. Moth mileage and expenses may be assigned to a project, subproject, category, and client. QuickBooks expense accounts are also supported.

Client invoices include both time and expenses written out in detail. Reports allow you to view both time and expenses accrued to an ongoing project. This helps you keep the project on track and on budget.
