The resource allocation screen is shown below. Each user of Standard Time may be assigned tasks. Tasks may also be assigned to multiple users or entire groups. This screen lets you manage tasks and time allocated to each person.

Simply choose a resource, a project, starting and ending dates, and the graph below will update to show all the time allocated for those tasks. This lets you see if a resource is over or under allocated.
