Standard Time is designed to work well for small and medium sized groups of people who track time for consulting or internal project tracking.  Simple user administration allows you to add groups and users to match your hierarchy.  Each user has his own list of tasks and timesheet, which can be submitted, approved, and locked.  Data is kept separate and secure, while still allowing managers to run necessary group reports.
