Task List

For individual consultants:
The Project Task list in Standard Time allows you to create to-do lists for all tasks you perform for clients.  The costs you will charge clients, and the salary you can expect to receive is automatically calculated by the system.

Project tasks may be assigned to differing projects and clients.  This lets you create a 'template' project where you perform similar tasks for multiple clients.  Simply log time for the client you are working for, and the time logs will be available for invoicing when the time comes.

The Project Task view allows you view a customized layout of columns.  You can pick from columns such as Cost Client, Cost Actual, Cost Remain, Duration, Actual Work, Remain, % Complete.  Mark a project task as a Quick Task, and it will be available in the timesheet, and on your handheld for single-click time tracking.

Simply set up tasks to correspond to QuickBooks 'Customer:Job' and 'Service Items', and you can easily track time for QuickBooks integration.


List of to-do tasks includes columns such as
duration, % complete, cost, etc.
