Make projects available to each group of users
NOTE: This is an optional advanced topic that may not be necessary for your organization.
NOTE: Before performing these steps make sure you are using a shared database and that you have set up a hierarchy of groups in the Users and Organization dialog.
- Choose Projects from the Tools menu. This dialog will be shown.

- Click on a project to select it.
- Click the Organization button. This dialog will be shown.

- Make a check next to the groups that this project should be available for. Only users within these groups will see this project in their program.
- Repeat these steps for each project.
- Close the Projects dialog.
- Choose Categories from the Tools menu and repeat these steps for each category that you would like to make available. This step is optional. You may consider making all categories available to all groups.
After performing these steps, each user that is connected to the shared database may see differing projects and categories based upon the group that they are located in. This helps focus the work for each employee.
